Once Upon A Nation

Eight Marketing recently completed a marketing audit of the assets of Philadelphia's Historic District.

This project is part of a multi-faceted strategic marketing initiative under the direction of Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, Independence Visitor Center, the National Constitution Center, the National Park Service and Once Upon A Nation. The results will be rolled out this fall.

We thank all of the attractions in the district for their support and participation.

Eight Marketing's Technology Tip of the Month

Sometimes, organizations wait to begin a trademark process until after they have invested significant time and money in developing a new name, look or attraction.

You can conduct a free on-line quick search into a name's availability before investing time and legal fees. While these searches do not replace the need for a thorough application process, they can reveal if a name is already in use and not worth pursuing.

Follow the link below. Once there, click trademarks, search trademarks and New User Form Search. Then type in the name you want to search. In a few clicks, you are done.
