Project Update: Team Office Collaboration

Nichole Canuso

Eight Marketing recently completed a marketing analysis for Team Office.

Team Office is a collaboration of Nichole Canuso Dance Company, Pasion y Arte, PIMA Group and Subcircle dance companies.

Eight Marketing conducted a marketing summit for the group to enable them to identify and prioritize marketing and partnership initiatives.

The project was made possible through funding from the Philadelphia Cultural Management Initiative of the Philadelphia Center for Arts and Heritage.

For more information on the Team Office dance companies, click on their names in the Quick Links section of this newsletter.

Eight Maids A Milking

Each year we highlight PNC Bank's real cost of the Twelve Days of Christmas, released in their annual survey. In 2008, "Eight Maids a Milking" are still working for minimum wage, which increased for the second straight year, raising the cost 12% to $52.40.

Tech Tip: Interactive Holiday Cards

Last year, Office Max's "Elf Yourself" was a hit, allowing users to transform themselves into dancing holiday elves. In 2007, the "Elf Yourself" website recieved literally millions of visits. Office Max is continuing the tradition this year now allowing guests to create up to five elves at one time. To elf yourself visit, www.elfyourself.com .

Other companies are getting into the holiday makeover business as well, some literally. Sephora is offering website visitors the opportunity to get a holiday makeover. With "Mistletoe Makeover," guests can try on any one of the four hot makeovers of the season and then turn into a dancing holiday character. To get a holiday makeover, visit www.mistletoemakeover.com.

Elves aren't the only ones having fun. Virgin Mobile got into the game with gingerbread men, or more fittingly, gingerheads. Website visitors can turn themselves into gingerbread cookies at www.mygingerhead. com.
