Technology Tip of the Month

Coordinating availability to schedule a meeting between a large group of people can often be an overwhelming task in and of itself. MeetingWizard, a free online service, can help make this planning easier and more effective.

You can think of MeetingWizard as a sort of Evite for the business world. Using this service, meeting organizers are able to send invitations to participants by providing a number of dates and times. The invitees can then respond with their availability. MeetingWizard will summarizes these responses and update you on the results. Meeting confirmations are then sent and MeetingWizard can distribute optional reminders prior to meetings.
